Sept: San Simeon was the location of the most affordable apartment style property that sold this month. The selling price was $47,000 with 750 square feet. The average selling price for this propety type was $89,000 with 1066 square feet and selling at 96% of asking price.
Aug: The number of homes sold this month increased to 34 with an average selling price of $83,000 and with a percentage of 95 % to list price. The number is lower due to a $30,000 (675 sqft) condo that was purchased. However, the most luxurious property that sold was a condominium with a sale price of $182,000 with just over 1900 square feet. This condo was located in Stonecliffe off Desert Foothills Parkway and Chandler Blvd.
July: 28 transactions successfully closed. A handful of condos sold from $37- $45K this month, thus bringing the average sale price down a few thousand to $85K.
